Excellent info from Lilla, the whisperer seems to go through the 400-page bill.  The more I learn about this 'terrifying' bill, the more sickening I feel.  Really disappointed with those, who are on the 'nat security' committee, and with the knowledge of those, who are the true targets of The 'Foreign Interference and Espionage Bill', which is used to mislead ordinary Aussies.  Check it out at the original version Nat Security Legislation Amendment Bill 2017

An update on super-minister Dutton

'Peter Dutton is arguably the most powerful person in the country. In his new ministry he has oversight for national security, for the Federal Police, Border Force and ASIO, for the law enforcement and emergency management functions of the Attorney-General’s Department, the transport security functions of the Department of Infrastructure, Regional Development and Cities, the counterterrorism and cybersecurity functions of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, the multicultural affairs functions of the Department of Social Services, and the entire Department of Immigration and Border Protection.' by Julian Burnside.
